The Overlaid Reseller's Package

The Overlaid Reseller's package makes it easier for resellers to use Information Overlaid software on sites they are developing for their clients.

Subscribers to the Overlaid Reseller's package will

• be licensed to use all Information Overlaid software (but not currently Maps.Interactive maps) on their own web site
• be able to download, and be invoiced for, Information Overlaid software licensed for use on their client's site.
• have the option of being credited as site supplier in the Easel start-up message.
• have the option of appearing on Interactive Information's list of Information Overlaid resellers.
• be offered access to pre-release versions of all software, so they can not only understand and influence future functionality, but also provide their clients with web sites that the released software cannot yet support.
• be notified before the release of upgrades for which their clients are elegible. They will also have the option to download the new software on their client's behalf, so that they can install it for them.
• have 25% of all maintenance paid by their clients credited towards their own continued subscription.
• receive limited email support from Interactive Information, including "incident points" for each Information Overlaid license sold. Note that response time for email support requests will vary with demand for the service, but will be guaranteed at the time the licence is purchased.

The initial fee for the Overlaid Reseller's package includes the use of the Page Implementation Service twice: one for the reseller's own site, and one for a client.

Note that the Overlaid Reseller's package is aimed at resellers who are able to use the software effectively, and it provides minimal assistance with application development. Those who require a higher level of support should consider subscribing, at least initially, to the Overlaid Developer's package.

The Overlaid Reseller's package costs £500/year , plus an initial sign-up fee of £2500 .
